This policy explains your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our own returns procedures.

1) 48-Hours Return Guarantee

You may request a return for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Wrong items received

  • Item not as described

You must contact us within Two (02) days of receiving the product.

2) Change of Mind

Because our products are shipped from external suppliers, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved only when:

  • The product is returned

  • Product is confirmed defective

  • Evidence (photos/video) is provided for damaged goods

  • Tracking confirms non-delivery

4) Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate goods)

  • Perishable goods
    These cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

5) Late or Missing Refunds

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 business days after approval

  • Bank processing time may vary

6) Order Not Received

If tracking shows no delivery beyond 30 business days, we will:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund

7) How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

8) Shipping Returns

Return address will be provided upon approval.
We are not responsible for items returned without approval.
