At ALLOVERUK, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time.
The following Shipping & Delivery terms explain how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to:

✔ United Kingdom (UK) 

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on product availability and the warehouse location (US/UK/EU/Asia).

UK Customers

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Warehouse-based (UK Stock): 3–7 business days

USA Customers

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Warehouse-based (US Stock): 4–9 business days

Canada Customers

  • Standard Shipping: 8–18 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days

Note:
Delivery delays may occur during holidays, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.


4. Multiple Item Orders

If you purchase multiple items in one order:

  • Items may be shipped separately based on supplier locations.

  • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

  • This will not affect your shipping cost.


5. Tracking Information

  • Every order includes a trackable shipping method.

  • You will receive your tracking number via email within 3–5 days of order placement.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to reflect in the system.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless we are running a Free Shipping Offer.

We may offer:

  • Free Shipping on selected items

  • Free Shipping above a certain order value

(You can update this based on your store policy.)


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in their country.

This includes:

  • VAT

  • Customs handling charges

  • Import tax

These fees are out of our control and vary by country.


8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak season (Black Friday / Christmas)

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen:

We will:

  • Contact the courier

  • File a missing parcel claim

  • Offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost

We will NOT be responsible if:

  • Delivery is marked “Delivered” but the customer cannot locate the package
    (Please contact your local courier or neighbours first.)


10. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Order may be delayed or returned

  • Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs
